We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work through any concerns with you however, we do have a policy in place. Due to the nature of our business and bargain hunting, some items may be marked ‘no refund’ in which case we do not offer refunds, so please be mindful when purchasing. For most products we will gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided the Haute Trotter security tag is attached and all / any additional tags, dust bags, packaging etc is in tact. We do not take responsibility for return shipping and do not refund goods damaged in transit, so please be mindful when packing. All Haute Trotter returns will be in the form of store credit only. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. (Haute Trotter is not responsibly for returns sent outside of the policy.)

Cancellation of orders
You may only cancel your order up until the time that your order has not been shipped. If your order has been processed and shipped, there is no cancelation allowed. Haute Trotter may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out or no longer available. In most instances we will email you. We want you to be happy!
